Client-side Implementation / Functional Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HighRadius O2C professional to represent the client and lead the implementation from a functional and business perspective. The client has appointed a System Integrator (SI) responsible for configuration and technical implementation. This role will own requirements, design validation, business alignment, testing and implementation governance on behalf of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the client-side functional lead for the HighRadius O2C implementation.

- Work with Finance, O2C stakeholders and the SI to translate business requirements into the target solution.

- Review and challenge solution designs, configurations and process flows proposed by the SI.

- Drive requirement and design workshops, UAT, defect resolution, cutover readiness and business sign-offs.

- Manage implementation dependencies, risks, issues and decisions from the client side.

- Ensure alignment with leading Order-to-Cash processes, controls and business outcomes.

- Coordinate across business, IT, SI and other stakeholders through go-live and stabilization.

Desired Profile:

- Strong hands-on experience with HighRadius, preferably across Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management and Deductions.

- Location: Navi Mumbai

- Experience: 6 - 10 years

- Engagement: Client-side implementation role

- Platform: HighRadius - O2C

- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C and Accounts Receivable processes.

- Prior experience in at least 1 - 2 HighRadius implementations in a functional or lead capacity.

- Experience working with large ERP environments such as SAP would be preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and challenge SI teams.

- Comfortable working on-site or in a hybrid model in Navi Mumbai.

- Role emphasis: This is not an SI configuration role. The resource should have sufficient HighRadius depth to independently represent the client, challenge the SI and drive the implementation through successful go-live.
