Functional Consultant - Workday Studio

We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio Functional Consultant to design, develop, and support complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge functional requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.

- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration designs.

- Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Benefits.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.

- Maintain documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and runbooks.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Workday Studio.

- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST, and web services.

- Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and data models.

- Experience with integration tools such as EIB and Core Connectors.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
