Functional Consultant - SAP SD

Job Summary:

Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for Operations functions utilizing SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications.

Total Experience: 10 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong Development Skill Set in SAP SD Module in Order Obtaining process, O2C, SAP Credit Management, SAP Order Management, Billing Management, Pricing Procedure, Taxation, Third party process, Special Billing process, Schemes, Rebates, Parts Management, Logistics execution, Delivery, picking, Packing process, Consignment process and rebate processing.

- Strong Knowledge in Preparing RAD, Functional Spec, Test cases, User Manual etc.

- Experience working on Support Projects and understanding of ticket management and closure using a ticketing tool.

- Understanding of L1/L2/L3 ticket categorization.

- Extensive experience working on Change Requests.

- Can manage complex process customizations according to business requirements.

- Experience of working on automation use cases would added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Min 10 years of SAP ECC & S/4 HANA functional consulting experience preferably latest version.

- Preferred working experience in Cement Industry projects.

- Experience of working with ABAP team for custom requirements.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
