Role Overview:

As an SAP CO Functional Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Controlling solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translating those needs into effective SAP configurations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will work alongside a team of talented consultants and developers, playing a crucial role in optimizing our clients' financial processes and driving informed decision-making through accurate cost management and profitability analysis. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, contributing to their overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to cost accounting, profitability analysis, and management reporting for diverse clients.

- Design and configure SAP CO modules, including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), to meet specific business needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP CO configurations and integrations.

- Provide end-user training and support to facilitate the adoption of SAP CO solutions and improve user proficiency.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces to extend the functionality of SAP CO.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP CO innovations and best practices, including S/4HANA functionalities, and recommend solutions to enhance client operations.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support on SAP CO implementations and best practices.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Proven expertise in integrating SAP CO with other SAP modules, such as FI, MM, and SD.

- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, management reporting, and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to various client locations and work setups as required.
