Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions within D365 F&O, and guide them through the implementation process. This role collaborates extensively with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery and maximizing the value our clients derive from their D365 F&O investment. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into functional specifications for D365 F&O.

- Design and configure D365 F&O modules, specifically focusing on Finance and Operations, to meet client-specific business needs.

- Develop and deliver training to end-users on D365 F&O functionality, ensuring user adoption and proficiency.

- Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between D365 F&O and other systems.

- Support clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide timely resolution of issues.

- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, user manuals, and training materials, to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of D365 F&O solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, particularly within Finance and Operations.

- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or other relevant areas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.

- Adaptable to working in an on-site environment in Noida, collaborating closely with team members and clients.
