
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) support projects with a focus on finance processes.
- Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes.
- Provide expert knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit & Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Collaborate with functional and technical project team members to ensure successful and timely implementations.
- Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases for D365 Finance modules.
- Manage rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, data management, and FastTrack go-live assessments.
- Handle SLA-based support, incident management, and resolution tracking using relevant tools.
- Manage requirements, scope, risks, and issues, ensuring timely solutions and mitigation plans.
- Maintain effective client interactions, set and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work efficiently in multi-vendor environments and adapt to flexible work hours and global onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Travel as required to client locations for project execution.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- MBA in Finance
Preferred Certifications:
- MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
- MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing D365 F&O Finance & Operations support projects.
- Strong expertise in finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets).
