
About the Role:
We are looking for a Functional Consultant - Finance & HR to support IFSCA departments by acting as a key liaison between departmental nodal officers and the System Integrator (SI) team. The role involves functional support, issue resolution, configuration assistance, and end-user coordination across Finance and HR modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Module:
- Understand IFSCA departmental requirements and translate them into functional inputs for the SI team.
- Act as a coordination link between IFSCA's Finance departmental nodal officers and SI staff.
- Handle Finance module-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide configuration and functional support for Finance processes.
- Interact with end-users to gather requirements, clarify issues, and provide guidance.
HR Module:
- Understand HR-related requirements of IFSCA departments and communicate them effectively to the SI team.
- Act as a liaison between IFSCA HR nodal officers and SI staff.
- Handle HR module issues related to attendance, payroll, and other HR operations.
- Support functional configuration and user queries in the HR module.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Finance and HR functional processes.
- Experience working as a functional consultant or support analyst for ERP/enterprise systems.
- Good knowledge of HR operations such as attendance management and payroll.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (department users, nodal officers, SI teams).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with government or regulatory bodies.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Finance & HR modules).
- Experience in user support, requirement gathering, and configuration assistance.
