Functional Consultant - Financial Planning & Analysis

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, or a related quantitative field from premier institutions (tier-1 or tier-2 institutes)

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role within a corporate finance function or as a consultant specializing in FP&A solutions.

- Demonstrable subject matter expertise in core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

- Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and key financial ratios.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
