Functional Consultant - D365 F&O Order Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O/AX) Order Management Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities:

- Configure Sales Orders, Quotations, Pricing & Trade Agreements.

- Manage Rebates, Credit & Collections, Returns (RMA), and Intercompany Orders.

- Implement ATP/CTP, Order Promising and Delivery Scheduling.

- Integrate Order Management with Inventory, WMS, Production, Finance and Quality.

- Prepare functional specifications and support UAT.

- Coordinate with business users and technical teams.

- Work within GxP and SDLC environments.
