- Role Overview.

- We are looking for an experienced Lateral Functional Consultant with deep expertise in one or more functional domains such as Source to Pay (S2P), Finance, or related operational processes.

- The ideal candidate should be well-versed with enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce/SFDC, etc.) within their focused function and experienced in client-facing delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end project delivery within your functional area.

- Conduct gap analysis, requirement gathering sessions, and business process mapping.

- Prepare and deliver client demos, ensuring functional readiness and alignment.

- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

- Manage and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning, issue tracking, and validation.

- Analyze business requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and PMO teams.

- Ensure high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process flows) and adherence to project governance.

- Leverage platform understanding of Oracle, SAP, SFDC, or similar enterprise systems to drive functional outcomes.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong functional expertise in S2P, Finance, or related business domains.

- Hands-on experience in gap analysis, requirement gathering, UAT handling, and functional delivery.

- Good understanding of at least one enterprise platform (Oracle, SAP, SFDC, etc.) within the chosen function.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.

- Industry knowledge in relevant verticals is preferred.

- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced delivery environment.
