This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our market presence, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies and marketing plans that contribute to overall business goals. - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute strategic initiatives. - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and key issues. - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. - Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - 5-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably with FMCG brands. - At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a startup environment. - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. - Strong understanding of the full marketing mix. - Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising effective campaigns. - Excellent understanding of the latest trends and marketing best practices. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
