This role encompasses overseeing brand operations, managing campaigns, developing creative assets, crafting engaging content, coordinating brand advertising, cultivating influencer relationships, and effectively managing public relations initiatives. The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Rentomojos brand identity. Responsibilities and Ownership: Things that the role cannot miss Brand Operations: - Oversee day to day brand activities to ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. - Develop and uphold brand guidelines and standards. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute brand strategies seamlessly. - Be the custodian of the Brand Book and its implementation across the organization. Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engagement. - Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimize as required, and provide comprehensive performance reports. Creative and Design: - Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and create visually compelling brand assets, encompassing graphics, videos, and marketing collateral. - Ensure that all creative materials align with the Rentomojo brand identity and messaging. Content Strategy: - Devise and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience. - Oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content. Brand Advertising: - Manage brand advertising campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, print, and broadcast. - Collaborate with media agencies to optimize ad placements and budget allocation. Influencer Marketing: - Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors. - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility. Public Relations PR: - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Rentomojos public image. - Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers. - Coordinate PR events, press releases, and media inquiries. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make informed, data driven decisions. You could be a great fit, if you have are; - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. - Demonstrated success in brand operations, campaign management, creative development, and PR. - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus. - Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
