Fullestop - Business Analyst

About the Role:

Fullestop is seeking a Business Analyst Post Sales to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in mobile and web application projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage requirements, documentation, and communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced service-based IT environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with clients to gather and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.

- Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and development teams.

- Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and UAT.

- Prepare and maintain key project documents: BRDs, SRS, SOW, and technical specifications.

- Support QA activities by validating requirements, tracking defects, and ensuring timely fixes.

- Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 23 years of Business Analyst experience in service-based IT companies.

- Hands-on exposure to mobile and web application projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in project management and phased delivery models.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Technical Knowledge (Good-to-Have):

- Basic understanding of frameworks: PHP, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Magento, WordPress, NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native.

- Familiarity with platforms: iOS, Android, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Proficiency in tools: MS Office, Jira, Confluence.
