Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers across real estate assets.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their investment goals, risk appetite, and property preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through property selection, pricing strategy, legal processes, and transaction closure.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue through direct sales, cross-selling, and upselling of residential/commercial properties.
- Convert qualified leads into successful closures by delivering customized property solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment plans, and documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Channel Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Conduct partner briefings, project walkthroughs, and deal structuring discussions to enable faster closures.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Liaise with project development, marketing, and leadership teams to align client requirements with business offerings.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Track real estate market trends, pricing movements, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Provide strategic inputs on pricing, inventory movement, and product positioning based on client feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities through investor networks, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory norms, RERA guidelines, and internal policies.
- Oversee documentation, agreements, payment milestones, and handover coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Educational Qualifications:
