
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely working on deal generation for investment banking business, along with the senior team - meetings with promoters, senior management, auditors, and other key personnel of companies.
- Develop new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive assessments.
- Conducting company research, sector analysis, preparing financial model, valuation analysis, pitch presentation for business development, etc.
- Also, keeping the pitch presentation updated.
- Assisting in developing appropriate investor targeting strategies and support the roadshow process.
- Managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Assisting in execution of transactions, as required.
- Preparing MIS reports, managing dashboards, and assisting in reviews with senior management team.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout India, interacting with professionals, promoters, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, CS, or CFA
