Role Overview:

The Fulfilment Centre Operations lead serves as the backbone of our logistics ecosystem, orchestrating the seamless flow of goods from inventory intake to final delivery. In this role, you will manage high-velocity warehouse operations, ensuring that every order meets our rigorous standards for speed and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain planning, last-mile delivery partners, and customer experience units, to resolve bottlenecks and optimize throughput. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse workflows to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks, thereby maintaining operational integrity.

- Analyze real-time performance data to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures that enhance order fulfilment speed.

- Coordinate with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage, ensuring product availability for end-users.

- Lead and mentor on-site floor teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance, directly impacting team retention and output quality.

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level agreements are met and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
