Fulfilment Center Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfilment center, ensuring timely order processing and dispatch.

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and stock audits.

- Implement SOPs for picking, packing, and shipping to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
