Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with 46 years of industry experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across multiple functions (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance in line with company goals.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees.

- Drive business development, partnerships, and client relationship management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Report regularly to senior leadership/board on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

- 4-6 years of product management experience in a software or technology-driven environment.

- Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Must-to-Have Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

- Proven track record in operations management and business growth.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent).

- Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, logistics, IT, manufacturing).

- Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, or ERP systems.

- Experience managing multi-location or global operations.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue growth %

- Profitability (EBITDA / Net Margin)

- Employee engagement & retention rate

- Customer satisfaction / NPS score

- Operational efficiency & cost optimization
