Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless fuel delivery services and optimizing operational processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Manage end-to-end B2B last-mile delivery operations.

- Lead and supervise field teams, fleet operators, and supervisors.

- Oversee entire delivery; route optimization and timelines.

- Handle client coordination, resolve operational issues, and manage escalations.

- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports and dashboards.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of last-mile logistics and fleet management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
