Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target key industries and strategic clients requiring large-scale fuel delivery solutions.

- Build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, client referrals, networking, and industry event

- Develop and execute a targeted client acquisition strategy to maximize market reach and drive revenue growth.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, effective follow-ups, and closing techniques.

- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contract terms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions; provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.

- Manage client credit cycles and ensure timely payment collections.

Requirements:

- 8- 12 years of experience in business development with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, ideally within the fuel, logistics, transportation, energy, industrial products, automation equipment, chemicals, commercial vehicles, or OEM segments.

- Demonstrated success in hunting new business opportunities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must own a vehicle and a laptop.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
