FuelBuddy - Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Fuel supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

- Negotiate pricing, margins and payment terms with local and national fuel suppliers.

- Negotiate other contractual terms.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational performance.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in supply chain operations within the traditional fuel, oil, or gas sector.

- Must have prior direct experience with HPCL, IOCL, or Bharat Petroleum.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

- Tech and Data driven

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Will have to operate from Gurgaon office daily
