Position: Chief of Staff to the Managing Director

The Opportunity:

Frontier Group is looking for a high-caliber professional with strong analytical and leadership capabilities who has a long-term ambition to build and operate businesses.

The role will involve working directly with the Managing Director, with exposure to strategy, operations, finance, growth, technology, new ventures, and business transformation across the Group.

This is intended to be a long-term leadership track, rather than a conventional Chief of Staff position.

Career Path:

Years 0 - 2 | Chief of Staff:

Work closely with the MD on strategic and operational priorities across the Group, while developing a comprehensive understanding of how businesses are built and managed.

Year 2 onwards | Business Unit Leadership:

Subject to performance and readiness, transition into leading a business unit with responsibility for strategy, team, revenue, profitability, and P&L.

Long Term | Managing Partner:

The objective is to develop exceptional performers into leaders capable of building, scaling, and owning businesses within the Group, with a potential pathway toward a Managing Partner role.

Ideal Profile:

We are looking for candidates with:

- 2 - 5 years of high-quality professional experience

- IIT / IIM / ISB or comparable academic background

- Experience in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, startups, or a founder's office is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Commercial orientation and sound business judgment

- High ownership and execution capability

- Excellent communication skills

- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and business building

Academic pedigree is relevant, but demonstrated ability, ambition, and ownership are more important.
