Front to Middle Office Consultant Treasury & Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Front to Middle Office Consultant with strong expertise in Treasury & Capital Markets and hands-on experience in treasury operations, trade lifecycle management, risk monitoring, and treasury systems. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Front Office and Middle Office functions, treasury products, and regulatory requirements within banking and financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a functional consultant for Front Office and Middle Office treasury operations.

- Work closely with traders, treasury dealers, risk teams, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to support treasury initiatives.

- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements related to treasury and capital markets processes.

- Support end-to-end trade lifecycle activities, including trade capture, validation, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

- Monitor and support market risk, credit risk, position management, P&L reporting, and limit management processes.

- Ensure accurate processing and reporting of treasury transactions across various asset classes.

- Participate in system implementation, enhancement, migration, and treasury transformation projects.

- Coordinate UAT activities, defect management, and production support.

- Collaborate with technology teams on system integrations and process automation initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in Treasury & Capital Markets, with significant exposure to Front Office and Middle Office functions.

- Strong understanding of treasury products including:

1. Foreign Exchange (FX)

2. Money Markets

3. Fixed Income Securities

4. Government Securities

5. Bonds

6. Interest Rate Derivatives

7. FX Derivatives

- In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle management and treasury operations.

- Experience in market risk monitoring, position management, limit management, and P&L validation.

- Strong understanding of treasury workflows, controls, and operational risk management.

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
