About the Role : - They are looking for a Treasury Front Office Manager role who will be a part of their Treasury Function. - Responsible for front office activities such as maintain bank relationship, debt capital market financing. - Participate and support treasury operation. Cash flow management for their group of companies. Assist in process improvement within the treasury function. - The Treasury Front Office Manager will work closely with the Group Treasury Director to manage to lead in the design and execution of hedging strategies for foreign currency risk, commodity risk (mainly sugar, aluminium, PET, HDPE besides others) and interest rate risk via the use of derivatives / report as appropriate to the Operational Committee - Develop a comprehensive process for identification and mitigation of critical treasury risks; continuously monitor market developments and update stakeholders. - Work with business units to understand/review reported currency and commodity exposures and ensure accurate and timely forecasts. - Responsible for the preparation of various Treasury Reports as per agreed frequency. - Further enhance reporting within the department, ensure adequate systems exist to improve automation/ efficiency. - Build/ensure that available analytic capabilities exist for managing risk (pricing models, risk assessment tools, forecasting models). - Hedge Documentation and Effectiveness tests preparation; responsible for hedge accounting and other Middle Office functions as may be required. - Participate in new debt issuance and management of existing debt; review of loan documentation including ISDA. - Participate in the assessment, procurement, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System; responsible for maintaining/updating Treasury Policies/Procedures - Provide support to the team on bank account opening/closing/KYC updates/signatory changes/automation/online banking and other banking or advisory services. - Lead special projects and drive continuous improvement within the Treasury Function Location : Dubai. Candidates currently in Dubai would be preferrable.
