We are looking for a Zonal Head who is a self-starter, go-getter, and strategic executor with an excellent understanding of the eCommerce, B2B, Export, or Franchise business model. This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals who can wear multiple hats - strategic, operational, and entrepreneurial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business growth for the assigned zone - Ahmedabad / Mumbai / Kolkata / Chennai.
- Lead Franchise Development, B2B onboarding, and Export Channel partnerships.
- Build, lead, and manage a dynamic on-ground & remote team.
- Identify and close strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers.
- Plan, strategize, and execute regional and international expansion - especially into GCC and European markets.
- Lead franchise sales & operations in alignment with Friss India's expansion vision.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets with a strong focus on revenue & brand positioning.
- Represent Friss India at business expos, investor meets, and international trade delegations.
- Manage operations, vendor development, and team training on the go.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):
- 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B Sales, Export, or Franchise Development.
- Proven track record in scaling business zones, driving revenue & market penetration.
- Strong network with MSMEs, manufacturers, and exporters is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel frequently across India, GCC & Europe.
- A hustler at heart, who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & team leadership skills.
- You can work independently or manage teams, depending on business scenarios.
- Highly adaptable, aggressive in targets, and driven by growth & ownership.
