The Role: Own the Future of Franchise-Led Growth:

As Vice President of Franchise & Growth Strategy, you'll be the architect of our next phase of explosive expansion. This isn't a backseat role its for leaders who eat targets for breakfast and build empires by activating franchises, unlocking B2B partnerships, and scaling revenue like a founder.

You'll define the playbook, then execute it with precision. If you're the kind of leader who sees gaps as opportunities and metrics as motivation, lets talk.

What You'll Own & Crush:

Franchise Domination:

- Scale our FOFO, Gold Plan, and Partner Seva Kendra models into a pan-India (and beyond) movement.

- Turn franchisees into raving fans optimize onboarding, training, and unit economics to ensure profitability for them and us.

Revenue Rocket Fuel:

- Unlock B2B/B2C growth levers: From 555 subscriptions to 50L+ enterprise deals, you'll diversify how we monetize.

- P&L mastery: Own CAC, LTV, churn, and margins no fluff, just hard metrics.

Strategic Warfare:

- Forge killer alliances distributors, influencers, retail chains any partner that accelerates reach.

- Pilot, fail fast, scale faster: Test new models (localized commerce, cross-border, SaaS-enabled franchises) and double down on what works.

Team of A-Players:

- Build a high-octane team (sales, ops, marketing) that thrives on autonomy and accountability.

- Leadership mantra: "Teach, trust, then get out of the way."

Digital + Ground Game:

- Blend data-driven decisions (CRM, SEO, analytics) with boots-on-the-ground hustle (Gujarat familiarity is a ++).
