Friss India - Senior Vice President - Franchise Business Development

Friss India is a rapidly growing organization in the Franchise Business, Quick Commerce, and E-Commerce sector. With our aggressive expansion plans across India and Overseas, we are looking for a visionary leader who can build scalable strategies, develop strong franchise networks, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Franchise Business Development initiatives across India & Overseas markets.

- Drive growth in Quick Commerce and E-Commerce verticals-, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Manage & scale large cross-functional teams (100+ members).

- Build and execute high-value portfolio management strategies (50 Cr+).

- Define and implement expansion strategies for franchise networks.

- Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Introduce innovative business models, bringing startup agility and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.

- Deliver measurable results across revenue, customer acquisition, and franchise success.

Key Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience- in Franchise, Quick Commerce, or E-Commerce.

- Proven ability to handle large teams.

- Strong track record in business development, strategy execution, and portfolio management.

- Preference for candidates from - Amazon, Walmart, Jio, Tata- or similar large-scale organizations.

- Startup experience will be a strong advantage (ability to work with speed, ownership, and innovation).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multi-city and international operations- .
