At Friss India, we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Growth & Fund Generation with 10+ years of experience who doesn't just understand business, but understands pressure, uncertainty, and what it truly takes to build something from zero when nothing is guaranteed. This is not a role where you step into an already structured system this is where you help create the system itself.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, not as someone who follows instructions, but as someone who takes ownership of outcomes. We are building across B2B, B2C, Franchise, and FinTech with a very clear and unapologetically big vision of creating a trillion-dollar company, and for that, we need someone who is internally driven - not by salary, not by title, but by a deep need to achieve, build, and win in life.

This journey will demand clarity in thinking, speed in action, and the ability to stay focused even when things are not perfect, because in a real startup, things are rarely perfect.

Your core responsibility is straightforward, but extremely demanding generate funds, drive revenue, and create real traction from day one. Not in theory, not over time, but in reality. You will be expected to bring capital through investors, HNI networks, strategic alliances, partnerships, or any channel that can convert into actual money in the business.

This is not about how many meetings you attend or how many ideas you present; this is about how much you can convert into tangible outcomes. You should be someone who can walk into a room with clarity, communicate vision with confidence, and walk out with commitment. At the same time, you should be equally comfortable operating without structure, making fast decisions, and taking full ownership when things don't go as planned. In our environment, there is no separation between responsibility and result - if revenue is not happening, it is your problem to solve. We value people who can think independently, act quickly, and adapt without losing momentum. Excuses, delays, and over-analysis slow us down, and we are not building at a slow pace.
