Role Purpose (Read Carefully):

- Friss India is hiring an Assistant Vice President who can step in immediately and start delivering from Day 1.

- This role is not for planners alone-it is for executors who build businesses on the ground.

- You will be responsible for creating, scaling, and leading franchise and eCommerce businesses from scratch, with complete ownership of growth, teams, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Building & Expansion:

- Build franchise business models from zero to scale including acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.

- Develop and grow eCommerce business verticals with clear revenue accountability

- Identify and launch new markets, partners, and strategic opportunities.

- Own city-level and regional growth strategy with measurable outcomes.

Leadership & Execution:

- Build, manage, and mentor large, high-performance teams across Sales, BD, and Operations.

- Drive a culture of ownership, discipline, and execution excellence.

- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of targets.

- Take full P&L ownership and revenue responsibility.

Strategy to Ground Execution:

- Translate business strategy into daily execution plans.

- Ensure SOP implementation, process discipline, and compliance.

- Analyze market data, competition, and performance metrics to optimize growth.

- Work closely with top leadership to align vision with execution.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Have built businesses or verticals from scratch, not just managed existing ones
