VP Finance &amp; Accounts&nbsp; Freshtohome is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. responsible to oversee all financial and accounting activities of the operations. You should excel in working with all the stakeholders and have outstanding communication and leadership skills to build, develop and manage a high performing team and report to the CFO.&nbsp; Location: Bangalore&nbsp; Reporting to: CFO&nbsp; You will be responsible for:&nbsp; 1. Be the strategic business partner to business leaders and other stakeholders.&nbsp; 2. Ensure effective financial management of all the group companies: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the business objectives and help execute growth plans. 3. Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting. 4. Analysing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.&nbsp; 5. Accurate and timely completion and publishing of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements. Submission of all information requests of investors.&nbsp; 6. Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls&nbsp; 7. Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth 8. Identify opportunities to improve cost structure&nbsp; 9. Mentor team and groom for higher responsibilities&nbsp; 10. Stakeholder Management - internal, investors and vendors&nbsp; 11. Own the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances&nbsp; 12. Manage Cash-flow (Collections, Investments and Expenses)&nbsp; 13. Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings&nbsp; 14. Coordinate with auditors / diligence teams to successfully close audits 15. Ensuring all Company Law compliances. Required Core Skills: - High levels of energy to execute and find practical solutions to various business problems. - Strong leadership and communication skills to lead the team and work in alignment with the leadership team.&nbsp; - Must have a working experience in ERP environment.&nbsp; - Ability to Build, manage, mentor, lead and motivate a team of young finance and accounting professionals&nbsp; - Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders&nbsp; - Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence&nbsp; Education &amp; Experience: - - CA with Min 10 - 12 years of experience.&nbsp; - 2+ years of experience in scaling up high growth start-up preferred. Working with Manufacturing / Food Processing Companies would be an added advantage.&nbsp; - Demonstrated success in leadership role for minimum 2 years (Finance Controller, Head- Finance, GM - Finance or similar role)&nbsp; - In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices Experience of implementation of ERP or working in any ERP environment is a must.
