About the Company:
- Manage end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, book-keeping, and audit operations
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and compliance measures
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence processes
- Monitor cost structures and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational plans
- Lead, guide, and mentor the finance team for effective execution
Required Skillsets:
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
- Strong command over accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in managing audits, internal controls, and compliance protocols
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other financial tools (ERP experience is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rural/agri-focused environment
- Leadership and team management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA/CMA/CPA or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in Agri-tech, rural development, or the agriculture sector is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in rural or semi-urban areas of Rajasthan
