We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our national sales strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our mission of redefining senior living in India.
As the company expands pan-India, the Sales Head will be responsible for building the sales organization from the ground up-hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams across multiple geographies to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales for senior living homes through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives to meet aggressive targets aligned with our 2030 vision.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closure, embedding trust and transparency in every interaction.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for pan-India expansion.
Team Leadership & Building:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and excellence.
Market Expansion:
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for integrated campaigns.
Performance Management:
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to meet and exceed targets.
