Frequency - Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

NVT Group is seeking applications from experienced Digital Performance Marketing professionals to own and scale paid media growth across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making to drive efficient customer acquisition and maximize ROAS.

The ideal candidate will lead performance marketing strategy, manage significant budgets, optimize full-funnel campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid media platforms

- Plan, manage, and optimize large-scale acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion efficiency

- Manage and allocate multi-channel budgets strategically to meet growth targets

- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns (awareness consideration conversion retention)

- Lead advanced audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike modelling strategies

- Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnels

- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve ad performance and conversion rates

- Oversee tracking infrastructure including GA4, GTM, pixel setup, and attribution models

- Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and present reports to leadership with actionable recommendations

- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, new channels, and scaling strategies

- Mentor junior marketers and guide execution where applicable

- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations
