Freight Tiger - Technical Program Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Technical Program Manager to lead our customers' end-to-end integration into the Freight Tiger platform.

This role is the bridge between our enterprise clients' complex IT landscapes (ERPs like SAP/Oracle, WMS, TMS) and our cloud-native logistics network.

You will lead the program from technical kickoff through to full-scale go-live, managing cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Program Leadership: Lead the complete implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration and a successful transition to our platform.

- ERP & Integration Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert for integrating Freight Tiger with client ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA or ECC). Define the integration architecture, whether via API, EDI, or middleware.

- Customer & Internal Liaison: Drive program kickoffs and technical workshops with customer IT and business teams to align on scope, resource planning, and budget.

- Requirement Translation: Document detailed technical requirements and define precise Statements of Work (SOWs) and success KPIs.

- Execution & Governance: Own technical deliverables across multiple concurrent pilots and launches, identifying and unblocking dependencies with internal engineering and product teams.

- UAT & Quality Assurance: Meticulously plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a technical perspective and secure final client sign-off.

- Product Advocacy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on integration challenges and industry trends observed during client deployments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a focus on enterprise SaaS, logistics technology, or supply chain industries.

- ERP Expertise: Proven track record leading complex integrations with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) or other major ERPs like Oracle. Understanding of SAP modules related to logistics (SD, MM, LE) is highly preferred.

- Logistics Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the freight logistics landscape, including TMS, WMS, and 3PL integrations.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and modern integration patterns (REST APIs, Webhooks, EDI).

- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to CXOs and technical leads alike.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PMP or SAP certifications are a plus
