Freight Tiger is Indias largest digital freight network powering ~4% of the countrys freight through our ecosystem today.

Were on a mission to grow to 20% by 2028 through product-led expansion across TMS, freight marketplace, and supply chain finance aiming for USD 100M in annual revenue.

About the Role:

As Associate Director Growth, you will lead revenue growth across key enterprise accounts while driving new client acquisition.

Youll combine strategic sales planning, team leadership, and deep account ownership to unlock high-value opportunities and expand Freight Tigers footprint in Indias logistics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Define regional and sectoral sales strategies aligned to company growth objectives.

- Drive go-to-market initiatives for new product lines and verticals.

Key Account Ownership:

- Lead engagement with strategic enterprise clients, influencing CXO-level relationships.

- Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across modules and services.

Sales Team Management:

- Mentor and guide Sales Managers to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Review pipeline health, coach on deal strategy, and ensure consistent forecast accuracy.

Revenue & Market Expansion:

- Build multi-quarter revenue plans and deliver against growth KPIs.

- Identify and convert strategic partnerships or ecosystem plays that accelerate reach.

Solution Design & Executive Engagement:

- Partner with product, analytics, and operations teams to deliver differentiated client solutions.

- Represent Freight Tiger in senior forums, industry events, and leadership reviews.

Data-driven Decision Making:

- Use sales analytics to identify trends, improve conversion ratios, and sharpen strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 10-14 years of enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain tech.

- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large strategic accounts.

- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
