Job Title:
Freight Forwarding or Customs Clearance (CHA) C&F
Freight Forwarding Role Key Responsibilities:
- Handle pricing negotiations with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders for ocean exports and imports.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations for global, regional, and local customers.
- Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, shippers, and customers for shipment planning and execution.
- Analyze RFQs and provide pricing solutions.
- Manage shipment bookings, shipping instructions, and routing.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and overseas offices.
- Support sales during customer meetings and provide logistics solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure accurate reporting and daily operational updates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding or Customs Clearance (CHA).
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, shipping documentation, and trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics/customs software.
