Job Description Responsibilities: - Operate on-ground operations efficiently and optimally - Should have a can do attitude and be comfortable to take any task that is required to make the new project successful - Create processes to manage end to end warehouse operations - Inventory management, stock in and deliveries. - Managing on daily basis end to end operations in warehouses across city and if required across the country - Proactively communicate operations status, issues & risks to management and all stakeholders - Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the special initiative undertaken Requirements: - Good oral and written communications - Experience of working in warehouses/fleet management/store management - Has managed junior staff/operations staff in the past - Languages - English, Hindi, Kannada - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables
