What you will do We are looking to hire a Product Manager at FreeUp who will own the product charter in our scale up journey. If you are excited to work closely with the founders, build a new category defining company with a dynamic team that is looking to make a dent in the way India buys and sells, we would love to chat with you. - Deep dive in user behaviour, talk to real customers, to ensure we're solving real customer pain points and address needs from the start - Build the right processes which maintain a balance of agility and focus - Builds Zero to One; Comfortable with ambiguity and chaos of early stage - Define and own the product vision with the owner mentality - Solve complicated ambiguous problems with elegant, simple solutions and an eye for design - Conceptualize new solutions with problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. - Help our team prioritise features based on customer feedback, engineering complexity and the most relevant business metrics - Build constructive relationships, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers will love Qualifications: - Experience in building impactful and customer facing products in Fashion, E-commerce categories - Experience in developing/enhancing products leading to massive impacts in revenue, growth, consumer experience, fulfillment etc. - Post-graduation with 3-5 years of core Product Management experience (Bonus points for design capabilities) in Series B+ or established company Experience in engaging with tech folks across organizations - Customer obsessed: strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design - Ability to understand consumer and merchant motivations (Front end, Backend, and Vendor) - Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams with the assertiveness and influence to rally people around 'right' products - Data oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights and an appetite for business context and metrics
