
Manager - Human Resources
Role Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth employee life-cycle management while fostering a strong, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, including bulk hiring, in line with business needs.
- Leverage various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives) to attract quality talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent visibility and pipeline.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and cultural programs.
- Drive continuous employee feedback and wellness initiatives to enhance work environment.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and use insights to improve workplace experience.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR documentation standards.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, and policy adherence.
- Oversee payroll coordination, salary processing, and benefits administration in compliance with statutory norms.
Key Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
- 6 to 7 years of hands-on HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (preferably KEKA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment with a proactive mindset.
