How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of platforms and solutions within our Centre of Technical Excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current platform capabilities, processes, and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for streamlining, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, business process diagrams and reports.
- Decision making and strategic planning: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- User Experience (UX) Analysis: Collaborate with UX designers, business stakeholders, and platform users to optimize the user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Participate actively in testing and quality assurance activities to validate new features and changes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze current platform performance, identify technical KPIs, and develop improvement roadmaps.
- Project Management: Support project planning, task tracking, and resource coordination activities.
