- ER specialist role will include in ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment by addressing and resolving workplace issues

- Manage conflicts, and concerns, and ensuring compliance with the employment laws in India.

Skills:

- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role

- Proficiency in conducting thorough and fair investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations.

- Strong analytical skills to assess information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on findings.

- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws in India

- Outstanding interpersonal skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist are preferred

- Knowledge of Telugu/ Tamil and Hindi preferred.
