
Role Overview:
The Manager/Senior Manager - HR COE (TM & L&D) will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational capability and talent maturity of FreeChargeBiz. Based in Gurugram, this position sits at the heart of the HR Center of Excellence, where you will design and implement frameworks that drive high performance and continuous learning. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional business heads to align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the organization remains future-ready. Your impact will be felt through the development of robust succession pipelines, the elevation of leadership competencies, and the creation of a high-performance culture that empowers employees to excel in a competitive fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive Talent Management frameworks, including performance management systems and competency mapping, to drive a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Lead the end-to-end Learning and Development strategy, identifying skill gaps and deploying targeted interventions that enhance functional and behavioral capabilities across the organization.
- Facilitate Leadership Development programs to build a strong pipeline of internal talent and prepare high-potential employees for critical roles through structured coaching and mentorship.
- Drive HR Transformation initiatives by digitizing and streamlining talent processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and improved employee experience.
- Manage Succession Planning cycles by identifying critical roles and developing robust transition plans to ensure business continuity and long-term organizational stability.
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational needs and translate them into actionable talent development roadmaps that support the company's growth trajectory.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Talent Management and L&D strategies within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex Performance Management systems and drive organizational change through HR Transformation projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret talent data to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, supported by 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR Centers of Excellence.
