We are looking for an HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure smooth HR service delivery. The role will involve handling day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support employees in HR-related queries and provide resolution within defined timelines.
- Manage exit formalities including clearances, FnF settlements, and documentation.
- Generate HR reports and maintain employee data with confidentiality.
