Role Overview:

The ER role is responsible for managing employee relations, handling grievances, ensuring discipline, and maintaining a healthy work environment across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth issue resolution while maintaining compliance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in labour laws and statutory compliance

- MBA in HR from a reputed institute preferred

- Experience in audits with the ability to identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance

- Sound knowledge of HR legal frameworks and industrial relations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations

- Multilingual capability preferred (to manage diverse workforce)

- Experience working with blue-collar workforce and factory environments

- Location preference: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon (factory setup)

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Employee Relations / a background in Law.

- Exposure to field workforce, sales teams / BFSI setup is an advantage
