Job description : As City Head, you will be responsible for managing your territory on end to end basis including last mile team setup, team management and business output of the geography assigned to you. You will be responsible for creating the channel network in your territory and will be responsible for managing and servicing the channel partners and agency network. You will be held accountable for rolling out services and products in the designated area through an established network. You will appoint and evaluate the performance for your region and will conduct training to enhance performance. You will take periodic feedback from team, partners, distributors, and customers and share it with the central team for further improvement. You will mentor and provide appropriate guidance to your team for effective implementation of sales execution strategy. Key responsibilities : - Leadership role responsible for establishing Offline Unorganised Merchant network across different merchant categories & drive customer's eKYC for assigned territory - Build Offline Channel from scratch i.e. Starting from Vendor/Partner onboarding, team establishment, Geography planning, competition mapping and FOS onboarding - Integrate multi-channel modes for the merchant and customer acquisition on ekyc along with sourcing, training and managing FOS sales team. - Conceptualizing and implementing Business Strategies in the assigned territories for accomplishing business objectives. - Should be involved in Strategic Decision Making and Maintaining High Team Productivity. - Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory and further establish the team for business activity on the field - Analyse market trends and accordingly develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer connect - To provide timely and accurate feedback of market situation to management with the idea of improving the shortcomings - Should have strong analytical skills to read and evaluate the sales performance and work out on Strategy - Will be responsible for driving channel sales strategy from top to bottom and will engage with various stakeholders for execution of the same - Plan, appoint & manage channel partners, FOS, and supervisors - In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts - Understand customers' key business drivers and supports the team in creating a profitable business - Managing high-volume partners with respect to the implementation and execution of marketing activities - Attract & train manpower to improvise the productivity of the sales team - Suggest & execute BTL activities for an acquisition of merchants - Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors Key skills : - Should have prior experience in creating and managing channel preferably for fintech, telecom, FMCG, FMCD or insurance companies - An excellent team builder and motivator - Should possess an in-depth knowledge of geography in which he/she needs to operate - Should possess excellent project management skills - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations - Superior analytical skills to analyze any scenario in macro and micro perspective - Good communication skills both spoken and written are a must - Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project - Excellent business acumen, problem-solving ability, and tech savvy - Should be the self-starter, result oriented and a strong bias for execution is mandatory - Ability to collaborate across departments
