Do You Make The Cut? As Chief of Staff, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying opportunities for strategic interventions to drive growth across Freecharge. They will be expected to lead/facilitate company-wide strategic programs, along with the Functional Leadership team. They will also play an essential role in several key areas, including shareholder engagement, driving progress around organizational goals, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve those goals. Title : Chief of Staff ( Strategy) Location : Gurugram Experience : 6-10 Yrs, Consulting experience preferred Education : MBA Preferred Responsibilities : - Lead strategic planning & execution efforts across Merchant, Consumer Lending and Payments verticals, along with their respective leaders to ensure holistic long-term growth - Directly work with the MD in driving outcomes of organization wide key projects, both from supporting planning and execution aspects - Competition benchmarking and driving insights from same - Manage Relationships @ Axis - Interface with senior leaders across Axis group to drive long- term strategic direction and integrations to help business scale - Communicate on a regular basis with critical stakeholders (board and Leadership team of Axis Bank) and keep them updated on Freecharge journey - Monitor industry and global trends to identify possible growth areas for Freecharge businesses.
