How will you make an impact in this role?:

We are looking for a Product Head - Micro LAP who can lead the product and business strategy for the Micro LAP portfolio at FreeChargeBiz. This is a senior leadership role combining strong product management expertise with business ownership, P&L understanding and deep knowledge of the secured lending ecosystem.

You will work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and other stakeholders to build a scalable, customer-centric and profitable Micro LAP business.

Experience: 12 - 18+ Yrs.

Education: MBA / PGDM preferred; relevant undergraduate degree

What Youll Be Doing:

- Own the product strategy, roadmap and P&L for the Micro LAP business, driving growth and profitability.

- Lead end-to-end product management, including customer proposition, journeys, pricing, launches and optimisation.

- Identify opportunities across customer segments, distribution, product constructs and market expansion.

- Partner with Credit, Risk, Technology, Data, Operations and Finance to drive portfolio quality, scalability and business performance.

- Own key business metrics including disbursement, portfolio, yield, conversion, cost and profitability.

- Drive digital-first, automated and customer-centric product and operational journeys.

- Ensure strong governance, audit readiness, controls and regulatory compliance.

- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor the product team and drive a high-ownership, execution-focused culture.

What We're Looking For:

- 12 - 18+ years of experience in Product, Business, Strategy or P&L-led roles, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, Banks or NBFCs.

- Strong experience in LAP, Business Loans, secured lending, MSME lending or similar financial products.

- Proven experience in building/scaling products and managing business portfolios, with strong P&L and unit economics understanding.

- Hands-on experience across product strategy, roadmap, customer journeys and execution.

- Strong understanding of Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Technology and the end-to-end lending lifecycle.

- Exposure to audits, governance and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical, strategic, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
