Key KRA for RSM : The RSM will be responsible for driving business growth through: (a) Direct team management (b) Indirect business channels including BC partners, DSAs, Connectors, Branch Banking teams, and Distribution teams. Leveraging the overall Axis ecosystem to maximize business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Implementation: - Develop and execute state- or regional-level strategies and action plans aligned with corporate goals. Operational Oversight: - Oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency and effective execution of initiatives. Sales & Business Development: - Drive sales and growth initiatives, and identify market opportunities. Performance Management: - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, setting clear goals and accountability for regional teams. Team Leadership: - Lead, manage, and mentor local management and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Financial Management: - Manage the regional budget, resources, and financial operations. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stakeholder Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and partners. Qualifications: - A Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - A proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency - Must have Secured and Unsecured lending experience - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
