Frappe has a range of powerful, 100% open-source products, and we are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead how we tell their story.
From websites and documentation to decks, customer stories, and videos, you will drive the creation of high-quality assets that make our products clear, compelling, and trusted by the businesses who use them.
What you will be working on:
Content creation
- A major part of the role is to craft assets like websites, documentation, whitepapers, decks, customer stories, videos, and more, with clarity and audience in mind.
Market research
- Positioning and messaging: Define the products value, target audience, and differentiation to make it stand out in the market.
- Market and customer Insights: Research customer needs and competitor trends, and translate insights into actionable input for product, partner and sales teams.
- Go-to-market strategy: Plan launches and campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on GTM goals.
Sales and partner enablement
- Plan partner and team training, create training content and enable partner teams with necessary sales assets.
Adoption and analysis
- Drive awareness and usage through social media, webinars, 3rd-party app listings and more, and measure impact and work towards growth.
Who we are looking for:
- We are looking for someone who brings energy and consistency to the table.
You should have:
- 5-7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, from crisp messaging to long-form assets.
- Strong content creation skills across formats: website, docs, decks, videos, and more.
- Experience working closely with product and partner teams.
- Self-driven, analytical, and creative in solving challenges.
- Leadership mindset ready to set cadence and build a team over time.
