The Global Financial Planning & Analysis team drives financial insights that shape company strategy. We partner across Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate reporting and informed decisions. Joining this team means working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll gain exposure to senior leadership and influence key business outcomes.
How You Will Add Value?
Earnings Process Support:
- You will coordinate quarterly earnings preparation and consolidate financial results for leadership review.
- You will align reported results with financial commentary and external disclosures.
- You will analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends for earnings scripts and investor materials.
- You will prepare exhibits, dashboards, and variance analyses for CFO and Investor Relations.
Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:
- You will conduct financial analyses for executive inquiries and strategic projects.
- You will build profitability, sensitivity, and scenario models for decision-making.
- You will deliver insights on performance, cost drivers, and operational efficiency.
- You will summarize complex data into clear presentations for senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- You will partner with global Finance teams to maintain consistency and transparency.
- You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
- You will improve processes and reporting to streamline earnings workflows.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 6-10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting, ideally in asset management.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and tools like Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
